As part of the 3.5.1 VA release, we have simplified the offline upgrade procedure. Offline upgrades can now be performed VIA the appliance GUI directly.
- Select tools -> Offline Update

Click the update.tar link in the offline update window to download to your system.

Browse to the tar file, then click the update button.
Once uploaded (this can take some time depending on the speed of your environment), you will see the familiar update progress as you would for an online update. Your appliances services will be restarted as part of this procedure.
