Couldn't Connect : Incomplete/Invalid response

When recovering from a BMR backup and there is no network connectivity, a Curl error will show.

This happens because Cristie uses APIs to connect to the backup server using curl commands and the recovery envrionment cannot connect to the backup server.

To troubleshoot and resolve:

Set a staic IP
Check network setup in the ISO is correct for the environement
Confirm ping to the gateway, backup server and other devices on the same network (see 3rd part backup server documentation for client/server ports)
Ask Networking team to confirm ports are open between the target ISO and backup server (Cristie do not have a firewall in the recovery environment)
Check the VM vlan is correct for communication to the backup server

Once communication is open, recovery can continue.
