The Cristie VA service is installed with all our BMR products and acts as a replacement for the retired Cristie Deployment Service (CDS). It is used to automatically detect systems in the Cristie Virtual Appliance
If you are not using the Cristie Virtual Appliance then the service can be disabled.
For Linux
systemctl stop cristie_va_service
systemctl disable cristie_va_service
For Windows
In the services management interface and right click to stop
To disable, right click then select properties and set as disabled
